How is my financial data protected? +
Financial connections are made through Plaid, a bank-level secure connection provider used by major financial apps. We never store your banking credentials. All data is encrypted and transmitted over secure channels.
Can I see everything the AI has access to? +
Yes. Your dashboard shows all connected accounts, permissions granted, and a complete audit log of AI actions. You have full visibility into what Vellunox knows and does.
What happens if I cancel my subscription? +
You can export all your data before canceling. After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days (in case you return), then permanently delete it unless you request immediate deletion.
Do you use my data to train AI models? +
Your personal data is never used to train our general AI models. Any learning is private to your account — your patterns, preferences, and history stay yours alone.
How do I report a security concern? +
Email security@vellunox.com with any security concerns. We take all reports seriously and respond within 24 hours. We also maintain a responsible disclosure program for security researchers.
