Remote Support Agreement

Please review and sign before we connect to your computer.

1. Scope of Service

Vellunox Technologies LLC ("Vellunox") will provide remote technical support through its AI-powered platform. A Vellunox technician (AI or human) will remotely access and control your computer to diagnose and attempt to resolve the reported issue.

2. Authorization & Consent

By signing this agreement, you authorize Vellunox to:

  • Remotely access and control your computer for the duration of this support session
  • View files, settings, and system information necessary to diagnose and resolve the issue
  • Install, modify, update, or remove software as needed to resolve the issue
  • Run diagnostic tools, scans, and scripts on your system

3. Limitation of Liability

Vellunox provides remote support services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Vellunox shall not be held liable for any data loss, system damage, downtime, or other issues arising from the remote support session
  • Vellunox makes no guarantees that the reported issue will be fully resolved
  • You are solely responsible for backing up your data prior to any remote support session
  • Vellunox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

4. Privacy & Security

  • The remote session uses encrypted Vellunox Remote connections
  • Session data (issue description, time, resolution) is stored securely for quality and billing purposes
  • Vellunox will not intentionally access personal files unrelated to the support issue
  • Full privacy policy available at vellunox.com/privacy

5. Pricing

  • Managed clients (active subscription): Unlimited remote support included at no extra charge
  • Promo / referral code holders: One complimentary session per valid code
  • On-demand (no subscription): $49 per incident, paid before Lucas connects
  • 7-day free trial: Unlimited support during the trial period

6. Termination

Either party may end the remote session at any time. You may revoke access by closing the Vellunox Remote support application or disconnecting your internet.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States.
